1. ACTIVITIES AND CONDITIONS

The Terms and Conditions apply to all companies or persons (hereinafter the Customer) and all ownership relationships that arise when purchasing goods in the online store veefilter24.ee (hereinafter the Store) through the private limited company Eco Baltic OÜ (hereinafter the Seller).

In addition to all these conditions of relations between trades, the relations between the Seller, the Store and the Customer are regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

2. PRICE

All prices include 20% VAT.

Postage will be added to the price according to the chosen ordering method.

3. METHOD OF PAYMENT

You can use bank links to pay for your order. Clicking on the bank link will take you to the selected internet bank. By entering the user ID and passwords, the Buyer enters his / her Internet bank, where the already executed payment order is visible. The payment order states the amount to be paid for the products purchased from the website.
You will receive an invoice by e-mail after payment. Banking transactions on our website are performed by MakeCommerce Maksekeskus AS. To select this form of payment, select the appropriate bank from the list.

To place an order, fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate method of product delivery. The amount of the fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:

  • Estonian banking links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay
  • Visa / Mastercard card payments

NB! When paying with a bank link, be sure to click the “Back to Merchant” button on the bank’s page.

We accept payments in euros on our website.

Payment term – 2 days from the date specified in the order document. If the fee is not paid at the end of the period, the order will be canceled automatically.

Our company is the chief processor of personal data, our company forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

4. DELIVERY

Items will be shipped to the following countries:

  • all over Estonia

To receive the goods, the buyer has the following options:

  • At the nearest post office to the postal address specified by AS Eesti Post (Omniva) within three days. Shipments can be obtained upon presentation of an identity document.
  • Customer self-service Post SmartPOST, within three days.

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

Shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 3-5 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Delivery outside Estonia takes place within 7-10 calendar days.

In exceptional cases, the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days.

Shipping to islands may take longer and is based on transportation options to the islands.

The Seller shall notify the Customer by e-mail after the delivery of the goods to the transport service operator. Before placing an order, the customer is obliged to check the completeness and correctness of all available data in order to avoid delays and errors in the delivery of the order.

The Seller is not responsible for the delay in the delivery of the goods if it is caused by inaccurate, incomplete or incorrect data provided by the Customer when ordering.

The seller is not responsible for any delay or non-delivery of the goods caused by the postal service provider.

If the package contains information such as “fragile”, we recommend that the customer open the package in the presence of an employee of the post office or a courier service to ensure the integrity of the product. If the contents of the package are damaged, the seller asks the customer to notify the mail employee or courier and register this fact according to the instructions received from them, and then notify the Seller as soon as possible.

5. REFUNDS

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of placing the order by submitting a written notice to the Seller. The seller will ask you to determine the reason for the return. In the withdrawal process, the customer is obliged to return the purchased goods to the Seller within 14 days of receiving the notice as a seller with your wish to withdraw from the transaction. All costs related to the return of the goods up to 10 euros will be paid by the customer.

After receiving the goods, the Seller agrees to return to the customer all money for the paid goods and the original delivery to the same bank account from which the goods were paid, within 14 days.

In order to exercise the right of return, the Customer should carefully open the packaging of the goods and return the goods with the packaging.

6. RESPONSIBILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE

The Seller and the Customer shall be liable to each other for damages caused to the other party due to the violation of the above conditions in the manner and amount prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

The Seller shall not be liable to the Customer for non-performance of obligations (late delivery) and the resulting damage if it is caused by circumstances which the Seller could not offer or for which he could not influence (eg force majeure).

7. CLAIM PERIOD

The seller is responsible for the quality of the goods within two (2) years from the date of sale. The request is based on the invoice received by the customer by e-mail after placing the order.

The seller is not responsible for:

  • a damaged product, if damage was caused due to the fault or negligence of the Customer;
  • rules, or violation of conditions or disorders caused by lesions of the product;
  • of the product due to normal wear and tear under normal use.

Defects in the goods, the Customer is entitled to require the Seller to their elimination (repairing or replacing, or the like to reciprocate, in the absence of defects).

If the seller is unable to eliminate the defect or replace the goods, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and demand a refund of the money paid in accordance with applicable laws.

8. OTHER FACTS

When you register at the store and make a purchase from the seller, the customer retains their personal information (name, address, email address, phone number) and all information about the purchase.

All data received from the Customer during the ordering process, which is treated as the Seller and the Customer’s personal data, is considered confidential information in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Act for better procurement planning and analysis of consumption habits.

The seller does not transfer the data to third parties, except for the minimum necessary to arrange the transfer of orders. The Customer has the right to view the data held by the Seller and prohibit their further processing.

All conflicts between the customer and the seller are resolved through negotiations. The Seller is responsible for the Customer’s complaints and claims by e-mail within 5 working days. If it is not possible to resolve conflicts by compromise, the Client has the right to apply for the protection of his / her interests in the Consumer Protection Board or the Tallinn City Court. All disputes arising from the absence or non-regulation of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved on the basis of the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
